Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic

Women's health is a whole that requires different sensitivities at every stage of life, from adolescence to menopause. Our basic principle in our clinic is not to offer vague promises to patients, but to implement clear diagnosis and correct treatment protocols in the light of evidence-based medicine. Our diagnosis and treatment processes are based on current international medical guidelines (Guideline).

1. Pregnancy Tracking and Birth Management (Obstetrics)

The process of pregnancy consists not only of looking at the baby on ultrasound. We follow the health of the mother and baby with standardized protocols, through a three-step system:

• First Trimester (Week 1-13): Healthy placement of the gestational sac inside the uterus is confirmed. Between 11-14 weeks, Dual Screening Test and NIPT (Fetal DNA) tests are planned.
• Second Trimester (14-27th week):
  • Detailed Anatomical Ultrasound (20-24th week): The organs of the baby are examined in the standards of Perinatology.
  • Sugar Loading Test (Weeks 24-28): Screening for gestational diabetes is performed.
• Third Trimester and Birth Planning: From the 36th week, the well-being of the baby is monitored with NST. Normal (vaginal) childbirth is our priority choice; caesarean section is performed only in cases of medical necessity.

2. High Risk Pregnancy (Perinatology) Follow-up

Conditions such as advanced maternal age, hypertension, diabetes or multiple pregnancy are managed in the status of “Risky Pregnancy”. Risk analysis is performed with methods such as color Doppler Ultrasonography, Amniocentesis or CVS, safely maximizing the baby's time in the womb.

3. Minimally Invasive (Closed) Gynecological Surgery

The gold standard instead of open surgery in our clinic Endoscopic Surgery Preference is given to methods:

• Laparoscopy (Closed Surgery): Removal of the uterus and myoma, chocolate cyst operations are performed with small incisions from the umbilical hole. Patients are usually discharged within 24 hours.
• Hysteroscopy: It is the treatment of intrauterine polyps, curtains or adhesions through the vaginal tract without incision.

4. Infertility (Infertility) and Reproductive Health

The process proceeds through systematic testing:

• Diagnostics: AMH (ovarian reserve), Spermiogram and HSG (Uterine Film) are analyzed.
• Treatment: According to the results, the most suitable for the person is directly selected from the Ovulation Tracking, Vaccination (IUI) or IVF (IVF) options.

5. Gynecological Oncology and Cancer Screening

Success in female cancers is possible with regular screening:

• Pap Smear and HPV DNA Test It is applied routinely.
• In doubtful results Colposcopy examination and point-shot biopsy are performed by enlarging it.

6. Urogynecology and Pelvic Floor Health

Urinary incontinence and organ prolapse are not a natural consequence of aging, but are treatable problems:

• Urinary Incontinence: Permanent solution is provided with 15-20 minute sling surgeries (TOT/TVT).
• Organ Prolapse: Organ sparing or repair surgeries are performed according to the patient's condition.

7. Menopause Management and Genital Aesthetics

• Menopause: In order to maintain quality of life, the process is managed together with bone melting and breast cancer screenings.
• Genital Aesthetics: Labiaplasty and Vaginoplasty procedures are performed for both aesthetic and functional purposes.
