Quality Management

Our Quality Management System was created on the basis of the national Quality Management System Standards and the Ministry of Health Quality Standards in Health.

It is based on a “patient-oriented”, “employee-oriented”, “environmental safety-oriented” and “facility safety-oriented” approach. Efforts to ensure that patients receive timely, impartial and fair, adequate, effective and safe services are continuous.

Every year, our hospital activities are subject to Quality in Health audit by the Inspectors of the Ministry of Health.
