As everyone knows, in general, 40 years old is a turning point to get a check-up. However, in recent years, the age of infection with most diseases has decreased due to increasingly difficult living conditions, increased work stress, climate changes, people's lifestyle, pandemic. In the presence of genetic risk factors, cancers, heart diseases, metabolic diseases began to appear at a younger age.
