- Automatically Collected Information: Technical information such as your IP address, device ID (IMEI/MEID), phone number and geolocation data can be automatically saved. This data is anonymized by being stripped of its identifying attributes.

- Creating your service record and delivering the health care you request.

Data Retention Period
Your personal data collected through our application (“Central Hospital Mobile”) is kept securely on our servers for as long as your account is active and for the statutory retention periods required by the relevant legal regulations (regulations of the Ministry of Health, KVKK, etc.). Data that has expired statutory retention is periodically permanently deleted or anonymized from our systems.
Data Deletion Prompt and Method
Our users have the right to request the deletion of their accounts and associated personal data that they have created in our application at any time. You can use the following methods to delete your data:
- In-App Deletion: After logging into the application, you can instantly start the permanent deletion of your account and related data using the “Delete My Account” option by entering the “Profile” or “Settings” menu.
- Request by Email: For the deletion process apps@central.com.tr You can also request the deletion of your data by sending an email entitled “Account Deletion Request” from your registered email address.
After your request or in-app transaction, all personal data that we are not legally obliged to retain will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
