Penile Denture Implantation

Penile prosthesis implantation used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (erectile dysfunction), and when there is no response to interventional treatments or is inappropriate is a surgical method of treatment. Types of Penile Dentures

Malleable Dentures

• It consists of two semi-rigid rods.
• It can be lifted up and lowered by hand.
• The probability of mechanical failure is very low.
• It is more economical and easy to operate.

Inflatable (Inflatable) Denture

a. 2-Piece

• It is inflated by the pump inserted into the scrotum.
• Provides performance close to the natural look.

b. 3-piece (most advanced model)

• Provides the most natural hardness and the most natural dull penis appearance.
• It consists of reservoir (intra-abdominal), pump (scrotum) and cylinders.
• Patient satisfaction is the highest option.

How Is Surgery Done?

• The transition to full use occurs in 4—6 weeks.
