From the Istanbul representatives of Trendyol 1st League Umraniyespor, signed a contract with his new coach Tuncay Şanlı.

Şanlı, who made statements at the signing ceremony, said: “I wanted to rest after running Sakaryaspor, but after talking with the president, my opinion changed. I'm excited to have Anelka here. I am here for the projects that the president talks about and for some things to change in the name of Turkish football. I can say that it will be a team that struggles on the pitch and gives joy.”

Ömür Aydın, speaking at the signing ceremony of the new coach, said: “For a long time we worked hard with Anelka to open the club's doors to the world. We also reached a consensus on the coach and Tunay Şanlı said that he has the same ideals as us.”

Anelka stated that they had come together to introduce our new coach, “Everyone already knows him very well. He was a football icon and a friend of mine. We played together and today we are our coach. I wish you the best of luck. I wish you success in our club. Welcome, Tuncay,” he said.

Ümraniyespor also signed a 1-year name and chest sponsorship contract with Central Hospital.

Ömür Aydın, commenting on the sponsorship deal, said: “Today we sign a valuable agreement on behalf of Ümraniyespor. Sponsors are important in moving Turkish football further. I would like to thank Central Hospital for reaching an agreement. Central Hospital will contribute to our name and breast sponsorship,” he said.

Anelka said he was happy to announce the new sponsor: “We don't want our footballers to be injured. But it is very important that we have close relationships with Central Hospital. I would like to thank everyone in the presence of our sponsor,” he said.
